Recently, with the joint efforts of the Group technical team,Amity TPU film has made a new breakthrough in its low-temperature folding resistance. Folding resistance is one of the important standards for testing the quality of coated fabrics. The lower its limit embrittlement temperature, the better the product's low-temperature folding resistance, and the less likely it is to crack and brittle under low-temperature environments.
*Ultimate brittleness temperature: it means the low temperature temperature at which the coated fabric will be destroyed under impact force.
Amity TPU film material was placed at the corresponding low temperature for 24H, breaking through the previous limit embrittlement temperature of -40°C, and advanced to -50°C, -60°C or even -70°C step by step, and all passed SGS folding test.It is ahead of most of the TPU material counterparts, and has achieved new results for Amity TPU materials.
With excellent product properties, Amity TPU film are widely used in civil, medical, military, protection, water entertainment and other fields.
